Employing

Employers look for extremely smart and skilled people for the job. After they find them, they want to hire them for peanuts and work their ass off to prove some invisible point in the organization. The bozo bosses want the intelligent and capable employees to dance to their tunes and pick their shit. No wonder most employees are dissatisfied with their job. Isn't it counter intuitive to hire smart people to do dumb jobs?
I think it is just the economy. During a down turn the employers pick and choose just because they can and during an up turn morons get into great positions.
