People are different

Just like the five fingers of the hand are different, people are different. Just like very few people have matching finger prints, very few people have matching characters. I am trying to understand these differences just out of curiosity and to make my life easier.

Genetic Differences
There are certain variables that you are born with. The color of you skin, the size of your body frame, your VO2, your metabolism pattern, your raw intelligence. These things are what define a person and what makes him or her unique. They are his limitations and advantages. A few of then change drastically

Sex Differences
Men and women have different physical and mental differences. I am not saying that one is superior than other but both science and philosophy agrees that there are differences and lets not turn this discussion around.

Conditioned by the society
The above mentioned differences are well know and researched well but I am going to focus more on the personalities of individuals which are mostly influenced by their conditioning.
Personality Type: On person might be a fighter who can endure and florish in the toughtest of situations. Another person might be extremely sensitive and may break down after a loud shout. Some people are born leaders and some are extremely capable in producing results when left by themselves. Some people are givers and some people are takers. Some people are more greedy and others are less stingy. Some people observe themselves and the societies and nature around them while others are ignoramus. Some people are constantly innovating and others are less creative. Some people strive for progress constantly while others try to hold on to a status co. Some people want to change the world and the others are oblivious of life 50 km away from them. Some people try to find what is the best solution for everybody but others are selfish. Some people want to teach and help others and continue their initiatives in spite of criticism. Some people plan everything meticuluosly and other people are spontaneous. Most people are lazy to different extents. People act upon their values and instincts at different levels.

Value System:
Is hiring servants to do your chores right?
Is it fine to break rules?
Do you follow rules that you do not aggree with even when you will not be caught?
Are you responsible for the success of your children?
Is it fine to tolerate injustice?
Will you fight injustice to you, your people, stranger?
What is morally wrong?
What kind of social responsibilites do you accept?
What do you think about inheritence?
What is the right form of Govt.?
When do you condone lies?
Do you forgive?
